In 2022 we welcomed a beautiful litter of six puppies (our largest yet) born on my birthday. This marked 10 years of Long Run Samoyeds. We currently have puppies living all over the US and Canada and loving life with their forever families. Above is Luke's mom, Holly, assisting with a whelping.

If I'm being honest, I never expected to handle a dog to a Group First. Especially not a dog that was born into my hands, bred by me, and carries my kennel name. In June of 2023 Liberty proved me wrong. She blew us all away by not only taking breed from the classes, but going on to win first in the working group at the Missoula Montana Dog Show. What a dog! What a day!

INTRODUCING our first bred-by champion: CH Long Run's Once in Blue Moon. A mere three months after first setting a paw in the ring, our Bluey girl is a Champion. At just barely a year old this puppy is blowing us away already. Our daughter was thrilled to cheer for her "champion puppy!"
